Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.

Once the order is processed/shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only for cancelled orders within the allowed time frame.

If the product is defective or damaged, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed for size or style issues within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective.

Non‑Refundable Items

Sale/discounted items are not eligible for refund.

Customized or altered products cannot be returned or exchanged.
